Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available
All orders must be prepaid using secure online payment methods
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Expired product delivered
Missing items in the order
⛔ Returns are NOT accepted for:
Medicines or healthcare products once delivered
Opened, used, or tampered products
Prescription medicines without valid reason
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted

Customers must provide:
Clear images or videos of the product
Original packaging with visible labels
Order invoice or order ID
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout
COD refunds are not applicable (as COD is not offered)
Pickup will be arranged for approved returns where serviceable
If pickup is unavailable, customers may be instructed to self-ship the product after approval
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or delivered
Prescription medicines are dispensed only after valid prescription verification
Once dispatched, prescription medicines are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery

Reject return or refund requests that do not meet policy criteria
